What are the postage and packing charges?
Charges are as follows:
UK:
£0-10 = £1.75
£10-20 = £2.75
£20-40 = £3.75
£40+ = £4.75
International:
£0-£10 = £3.25
£10-£20 = £4.25
£20-£40 = £7.00
£40+ = £11.00
Frock cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched, both within the UK and when posted to overseas. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or forces beyond our control.
All UK deliveries are sent first class with proof of postage.
Frock is not responsible for customs, duty or brokerage fees charged on international orders.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Frock accepts all major credit and debit cards through the world’s largest free online payment service – www.paypal.com. You can pay for your Frock items using paypal even if you don’t have an account with them.
How do I order?
Ordering on Frock is easy! When you see an item you like click ‘add to basket’. This will show you your basket with the item inside. If you wish to continue shopping for more items then simply click on the ‘bags, jewellery and purses’ links at the top left to take you back to the shop sections. When all the items you want are in the shopping basket click ‘continue to checkout’ and you will be asked to submit your email address and password –if you haven’t already registered click on ‘register and continue’ where you need to submit a few details which will be remembered next time you visit again. If you have already registered, fill in your email address and password and you will be sent back to the checkout where you need click ‘continue to checkout’ again where you will be taken to our paypal link – click on ‘continue to pay pal now’ and you will be sent with the order to paypals website. Once re-directed to paypals site you will need to enter your paypal login details or if you don’t have a paypal account click on the option ‘don’t have a paypal account’.
How long before I receive my order?
Within the UK : around 2-3 days.
Europe : Please allow up to approximately one week.
Worldwide: Please allow up to approximately two weeks.
Do you accept returns?
If you’re not entirely happy with your Frock purchase please get in touch at info@ilovefrock.com! For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on earrings, unless they are faulty. Please email us within seven days of the shipping date on the package and we will send you instructions on how to return you’re product. You have up to 14 days to return an item although if you didn’t notify Frock within the seven days you may not receive a return. All items must be returned in the same condition as when sent otherwise you may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be sent through paypal to the same account you paid with. However original shipping charges will not be refunded. The customer is also responsible for the returned shipping charges product; please ensure it is packaged suitably.
Will you pass my personal data onto anyone?
We will not pass your details onto anyone; your name, address and phone number are obtained just for the purpose of order. We do not have access to your bank details.

Who designed the Frock website?
The website was designed by www.sarahkirbydesign.co.uk and built by www.paulyounghusband.co.uk. Much of the photography was done by two lovely ladies – Antonia and Claudia.
