UK DIY, June 14th, 2009
Frock recently took part in a fab exhibition called UK DIY at the Turnpike Gallery in Leigh. The exhibition explored the resurgence of interest in crafts and how traditional crafts, such as knitting and crocheting have been given a contemporary twist. Our lovely friends at Artyarn beautifully yarnbombed the trees outside the gallery and the exhibition featured craft that crosses over with science, technology, music, street culture and activism. Frock on!

As you probably know, postage costs have risen astronomically this year but to keep you’re postage costs the same we are now sending orders 1st class instead of recorded delivery. All items will have proof of postage. Frock.X

We are having a well deserved holiday for the next week here at Frock! We are hitting the Big Apple and will be back Wednesday 4th June. All orders from 27th May - 4th of June will be posted on the 5th June - sorry for any inconvenience!
Manchester Fashion Extravaganza Update!, November 5th, 2007
Our Manchester fashion extravaganza is over! We are exhausted but have had a fab weekend and met lots of lovely customers, models and fellow designers! Below are photos from the Manchester Craft Mafia market. We shared the stall with our friend Hannah from Hannah Makes Things who owns a fab new shop on the top floor of Afflecks Palace!
The Strut Fashion Show at Ruby Lounge all went amazingly to plan with the two celebrity compares Carol and Seany from Big Brother!! All the clothes looked fab and special thanks to Me and Yu for lending us their cute vintage slips! We took a few quick photos backstage which are below but when we have access to the professional photos we shall also put those up!

Do you live in Manchester?
This weekend Frock is taking part in a fashion extravaganza - all in Manchester! On Saturday we are taking part in the Manchester Craft Mafia Market in Urbis! The market runs 11-4 and features a whole host of super cool indie designers. Come along and start your Christmas Shopping nice and early!
And on Sunday we are taking part in the Same Teen Strut Fashion Show at Ruby Lounge!
The show is open to all ages (although under 14’s must be accompanied by someone over 18)! The catwalk show will be accompanied by DJ sets and free goodie bags AND the show is being filmed by Channel 4!!
